01.About Destiny Gurukul

Destiny Gurukul is a premium holistic life consultancy founded by Jyotii Siingh, operating from Gurugram, Haryana, India. We guide clients toward clarity, alignment, and purpose through the ancient sciences of Vastu Shastra, Numerology, and Spiritual Healing.

In these Terms, "Destiny Gurukul," "we," or "us" refers to Jyotii Siingh and the Destiny Gurukul practice operated in her name. "You," "client," or "user" refers to any person accessing our website or booking our services.

02.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing destinygurukul.com or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to book services independently. Persons under 18 may receive sessions only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must accept these Terms on their behalf.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

03.Services Offered

Destiny Gurukul provides the following services:

• —Vastu Shastra Consultation: Energy analysis of homes and workspaces, with directional observations and remedies. Delivered via site visit (Delhi NCR) or virtual walkthrough.
• —Numerology Consultation: Name correction, life path number analysis, personal year number, and targeted consultations for mobile, vehicle, house, and marriage numbers.
• —Spiritual Healing: Three independent modalities — Humkara with Haleem, Lama Fera Healing, and Shalvik Mantra Rehasya. Each has a distinct process, duration, and number of sittings.

All virtual sessions are delivered via WhatsApp video call. Jyotii will call you on WhatsApp at the scheduled time on the number you provide at booking.

04.Booking and Scheduling

Sessions may be booked through our website or by contacting Jyotii directly on WhatsApp. Booking confirmation is sent by email and/or WhatsApp.

A minimum advance notice of 4 hours is required. Bookings may be made up to 90 days in advance.

All session times are in Indian Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30). If you are booking from a different time zone, it is your responsibility to verify the local equivalent of the scheduled time.

05.Payment Terms

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate applies to all services. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, net banking, debit and credit cards, and popular digital wallets.

A GST-compliant receipt will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.

06.Cancellation and Rescheduling

In brief: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

If Jyotii cancels a session due to unavoidable circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

07.Client Responsibilities

• —Be present in a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection at the time of your session.
• —Provide accurate information at booking, including your full legal name and date of birth. Inaccurate data can materially affect the quality of a Numerology or Vastu reading.
• —Understand that all decisions taken during or after a session are entirely your own. Destiny Gurukul provides guidance; you exercise independent judgment.
• —Not record any session — audio or video — without Jyotii's prior written consent.
• —Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

08.Nature of Services and Disclaimer

Destiny Gurukul's services offer guidance and perspective rooted in ancient Indian wisdom traditions. We are transparent about what these services are — and what they are not:

• —Our services are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and must not be treated as such.
• —Outcomes from Vastu, Numerology, and Healing vary from person to person. We make no guarantee of any specific result.
• —If you are experiencing a serious mental or physical health condition, please consult a qualified medical professional before or alongside engaging our services.
• —Spiritual healing as offered here is a complementary practice and is not a treatment for any diagnosed medical condition.

09.Limitation of Liability

Subject to the Indian Contract Act 1872 and the Consumer Protection Act 2019, Destiny Gurukul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, our services or content.

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, audio, video, reports, and other digital material — is the intellectual property of Destiny Gurukul / Jyotii Siingh and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957 of India.

You are permitted to use your personal consultation reports for your own private purposes. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, or public publication of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

11.Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

12.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution by written communication to hello@destinygurukul.com.

If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.
