01.Our Approach

At Destiny Gurukul, every session represents Jyotii's dedicated time, preparation, and attention. Our refund policy is built around a simple, fair principle — cancel with adequate notice and you will be made whole.

This policy applies to all services: Vastu Shastra consultation, all Numerology sessions, and all three Healing modalities (Humkara with Haleem, Lama Fera, and Shalvik Mantra Rehasya). Specific provisions for multi-session packages are in Section 06.

02.Cancellation by the Client

To cancel, please notify us by email at support@destinygurukul.com or via WhatsApp. The cancellation time is when your request is received and acknowledged.

For cancellations within the 24-hour window, Jyotii may — at her discretion — offer a one-time reschedule. This is a courtesy, not an entitlement.

If you were unable to attend due to a technical failure on our end, please notify us immediately by email. We will review such cases individually and in good faith.

03.Cancellation by Jyotii

If Jyotii cancels a session due to unavoidable circumstances — illness, a family emergency, or a force majeure event — you will receive, at your choice:

  • A full refund of the amount paid, or
  • A reschedule to a date and time of your convenience, at no extra cost.

The choice is yours. You will never lose any amount paid when Jyotii initiates a cancellation.

04.Rescheduling

You may reschedule a confirmed booking at no charge, provided:

  • The reschedule request is made at least 24 hours before the original session time.
  • The new session date is chosen within 15 days of the original session date, subject to Jyotii's availability. Where her schedule does not permit a slot within 15 days, the next available date will be offered, up to a maximum of 90 days from the original session date.

A reschedule request made less than 24 hours before the session will be treated as a cancellation under Section 02.

To reschedule, write to support@destinygurukul.com or message on WhatsApp with your booking reference and preferred new time.

05.Delivered Digital Reports

Vastu Shastra and Numerology reports — delivered in PDF or digital format — are non-refundable once delivered. A report is considered delivered when the PDF is sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number.

If you believe a report contains a material error, please write to support@destinygurukul.com within 7 days of delivery. Jyotii will review the concern and, where appropriate, issue a corrected report at no charge.

06.Healing Packages — Multi-Session Bookings

The Healing modalities are often booked as multi-session packages. The following terms apply:

  • Cancellation before the first session: Full refund of the package amount, subject to the standard cancellation window in Section 02.
  • Cancellation after the package has commenced: A pro-rata refund for unused sessions. Per-session rate = total package price ÷ total sessions in the package.
  • Package validity: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, multi-session packages must be completed within 180 days of the first session. Sessions not used within this window are forfeited without refund.

07.Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Method: Refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet) via Razorpay.
  • Timeline: 7–10 business days from the date of refund initiation. Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
  • GST: The GST component will be refunded in full alongside the base service amount.

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please write to support@destinygurukul.com with your booking number and payment receipt.

08.Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, please write to support@destinygurukul.com first. We will respond within five business days.

If the matter remains unresolved, you may contact the National Consumer Helpline (NCH — 1800-11-4000, toll-free) or file a complaint with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Gurugram under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
